Synopsis:
Arthur has not been very inspired lately, and doesn’t know why.  It takes being locked up in a jail cell with living famous art works where he finally discovers that he is more than just an artist, but art itself.  He has been letting the world of art down, and now must confront what has been preventing him from reaching his full potential to make the world of art strong again.

About the score:
The music is a bit on the quirky side but yet has dramatic elements to it. These days it would be under the "dramedy" genre. I was fortunate enough to have live musicans for this score.

Mike Allore brought me onto his film after hearing my other work from Robert Butler's films [Spirit Of Isabel, Dark Heart, Retreat]. I watched his trailer and immediately came up with a feeling & idea, which brewed into the main theme of the film. You can hear it in the cues WORLD OF ART, and TOGETHER AGAIN. I next came up with a theme for when Arthur is introduced to art itself. It's a rendition of the main theme I wrote but at a more subtle and emotional tone. You can hear it IN THE WORLD OF ART, and FINDING MS. DOTTIN. The other themes that I next needed to write for, is when Arthur is being followed by a security type fellow, whose job is to lock Art up! This is where the quirky tones come in. You can hear them in ART IS DEAD, GRANDE ODALESQUE and A SPECIAL PLACE.

I hope you enjoy listening to the soundtrack as much as I did composing it. It was a first for me to write for this genre and I'm glad that it was for this film!

Special thanks to the orchestra!
